We work with commercial print businesses in Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the United States.

We operate from Sydney, Australia (AEST/AEDT, UTC+10/+11). We regularly hold calls outside local business hours to suit clients across the world. Emails are typically answered within one business day.

What a discovery call covers. A 15 minute introductory call, at no cost. We'll talk through what platform you're running, what's not working, and whether this is something we can help with. If it is, we'll scope the work and quote it before anything starts. There's no obligation and no sales pitch.

Who we work with. Commercial printers, sign and display businesses, in-plant print centres and print franchise networks, typically running MarketDirect StoreFront, PrintSmith Vision, PlanProphet, OnPrintShop or a comparable MIS or web-to-print platform.

Who we're not the right fit for. We're not a print supplier and we don't print anything. If you're looking for graphic design or general print labour, we are not it.

Rates. Standard consulting is $200 AUD per hour plus GST for Australian clients, GST free for offshore engagements. Discounted retainers and prepaid hour blocks are available for ongoing work.

How remote work is delivered. Most implementation and administration work is done remotely through screen sharing and direct platform access, with scheduled calls at times that suit your timezone. Site visits are available for Sydney and NSW clients. Interstate and international travel can be arranged for larger projects, quoted separately including travel and accommodation.
