  • Google (Analytics and Tag Manager) and Microsoft (Clarity), for website analytics and usability analysis.

  • Amazon Web Services, for infrastructure and file storage.

  • Project management and communication tools used during consulting engagements.

These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and are only given the data necessary to perform their specific function.

Microsoft Clarity. A behavioural analytics tool that records how visitors interact with our website, including mouse movement, clicks, scrolling and the pages viewed during a session. We use these recordings to find usability problems and improve the site. Clarity automatically masks text entered into form fields, and we do not use it to identify individual visitors. Microsoft processes this data under its own privacy statement at privacy.microsoft.com. You can prevent Clarity from recording your session by blocking third-party cookies or using a browser privacy extension.

HubSpot. Used to manage enquiries, schedule meetings and send email communications. HubSpot may set cookies when you use our booking link or submit a form.

7. International Data Transfers

We use cloud-based platforms including Squarespace, Google Workspace, HubSpot, Xero, Microsoft Clarity and Amazon Web Services. As a result, your data may be stored and processed on servers located outside Australia, including in the United States and the European Union. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure the overseas recipient handles your information in a way consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.
